This policy explains what information Kraftique collects when you browse, request a quote, upload artwork or place an order, and how we use and protect it.

Uploaded files are stored privately and used only to produce your order. We never reuse, sell or share your designs. We keep files for up to 12 months to support reorders, then delete them; you can ask us to delete them sooner.
Online payments are processed by a secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateway. Your payment details are entered directly with the gateway and are governed by its privacy policy. We receive only the transaction status and reference.
We use Google Analytics and advertising tools such as the Meta Pixel to measure site visits and the performance of our ads. These tools may set cookies and receive information about your visit. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your Google and Meta account settings.
We share only what is needed with service providers who help us run the business: payment gateway, courier partners, hosting and email/SMS providers. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information when required by law.
We use encrypted connections, private storage and access controls. We keep order and invoice records as long as Indian tax law requires, and other data only as long as needed.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
