1. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is received (or an agreed advance for bulk orders) and the digital proof is approved. Custom-printed products are made to your specification.

2. Artwork and files

• Upload print-ready files (PDF preferred, CMYK, 300 dpi, 3 mm bleed). We may help fix small issues, but you are responsible for spelling, content, colours and layout.
• You confirm you own or have rights to use every logo, image and text you submit. You indemnify Kraftique against any claim arising from your artwork.
• We may refuse artwork that is unlawful, offensive or infringes someone else's rights.

3. Digital proofs

We share a digital proof, usually within 24 hours of receiving your files. Production starts only after you approve it. Once approved, errors present in the proof are your responsibility.

4. Colour and finish

Screen colours differ from print. Minor variations in colour, cutting and finish (typically up to 1–2 mm on cutting and a small shade difference between batches) are normal in commercial printing and are not treated as defects. Quantities may vary by up to ±5% on custom packaging runs.

5. Prices and payments

Prices shown on the website are in Indian Rupees. Estimates are confirmed before production. GST is charged as applicable and a GST invoice is issued. Online payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway using cards, UPI, net banking or wallets. Kraftique is not responsible for failures or delays caused by the gateway or your bank; failed payments debited from your account are usually reversed by your bank.

6. Production and delivery

Production and delivery times start after proof approval and payment. Timelines are estimates; delays caused by couriers, weather or events beyond our control are not our liability. See our Shipping Policy.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or business.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bhavnagar, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
